Slacker Case Study Health And Social Care
In this scenario Sydney and Alex seem to be the problem people. Their behavior suggests that they are the work laggards of the department. Work laggards are most commonly relatable to slackers. This pertains mostly to newer employees who have trouble completing tasks, listening to, and following instructions. In this case because you have worked together with Sydney and Alex for a long time and now you are their boss they might think that they can slack off because they don’t see you as an authority figure. So, when you give instructions as to how you want things done they will still see you as an equal and will ignore your directions to do things the old way or do it the way they see fit. The best way to solve this problem not only for Sydney

All Americans regardless of their economic standing in the community deserve access to essential and quality preventative, and primary healthcare. Those Americans who currently fall under the “publicly insured” category (Medicaid), and the medically uninsured, are at similar risk for delayed or non-existent required medical care. Establishing a free, 24 hour accessible Shelby County Primary Care Clinic would eliminate patient medical care delay, and result in large scale overall savings in projected annual medical care costs. This article will teach you about today’s generation of hard working, successful individuals and show with evidence that we are not lazy or slackers and that we can do just as much work as the other generations of youth.…

A working relationship is different to a personal relationship because you need to be professional. You cannot get emotionally attached to service users, or let your emotions come in the way of preforming your job role. Although with a work relationship with other colleagues, you can support each other. You must only support each other with work related issues. You must not bring your personal life or problems into the work place, or let it affect the way you preform your job. If you are having problems within your personal life then you can disclose these problems with your manager if you feel they may affect your job performance. With the service users, you are there to support them, not the other way around. You should not unload personal issues to them. But if they need someone to listen to their problems you should do so in a professional and caring manner. You need to be aware of what responses you give, as unlike in a personal relationship where you can respond with your thoughts and not worry about what you say, you cannot with a working relationship. In a work place you have no choice about who you work with, you are not there to be friends, but to work together to make sure the service users are receiving the correct care and that the home runs smoothly.…
