Write down the first three steps of the scientific method.
The first three steps of the scientific method are:
Ask a Question.
Do Background Research.
Construct a Hypothesis.
Think of a broad topic that you are interested in and which would make a good sociological study.

How are those who identify themselves as gender-neutral perceived in the work place in comparison to other minority groups, both historically and currently?

The survey portion of our research will consist of a questionnaire given to a random selection of those who identify themselves as gender-neutral. After collecting data from our surveys and determining the work environment of the subjects, we will follow individuals in their work place observing the actions and attitudes of their co-workers.
