Many people would ask that when the first soccer match was and who was the organization and who invented the game of soccer. There are many arguments that some people saying that soccer starts at England and some saying China was the country where soccer was started. In my opinion, I was always believing that soccer did start in England but after my research, I found out that actually China and Japan are the first countries where they played with the ball and from there get the idea. According to todayIfound.com. "The earliest known record of a Soccer-like sport was in 1004 B.C. in Japan. There are also many references to Soccer-like sports in 50 B.C. In Europe, the best teams compete in a tournament called the Champions League". In my opinion, I think making World Cup for soccer was the best idea to inspired soccer all around the world because of everyone old people young kids wants their countries to be with the big countries who play in World Cup. Also, World Cup play every 4 years and in the different country, for example, last World Cup was in Brazil on 2014 and Germany won the World cup and next World Cup going to be in Russia 2018. That's why I think World Cup is the most important for the people who watch soccer they wait 4 years and supporting their countries to be part of the World

In a perfect world the athletes we look up to would be law abiding great citizens. They'll give back to the community, do countless hours of community service, fix our schools, parks, and anything else that's asked of them. However, this is no utopia and some of our athletes are not law abiding citizens; with a few of them having multiple run-ins with the law. Being a media crazed era, we are seeing more athletes have run-ins with the law, particularly the National Basketball Association, Major League Baseball, and the National Football League. When someone does do something, instantly people form their own opinion about what a proper punishment is and it seems to point too banning players. With that being said, should the National Football…

Football is a very fun sport that invalves tackling, pushing, and hitting. Most of the time football is fun just from playing ruff (tackling, pushing, hitting). Kids who play football are always to play games like bull in the ring and oklahoma drills which are very contact drills, and so is football. Now, coaches are thinking about having a limited number of hits in practice. But most players disagree with that statement because football is all about hitting. If they use limited number of hits, then they will take away the fun out of football.…

We are forced to accept that violence is no longer an acceptable reaction by anybody, that we must conjure the self-control to channel our anger into other more efficient ways. This has changed many views of interpretation on the world in which we live. You can especially see this change in the sports aspect of life. Sports are one of the biggest categories people are involved with, and something many people of the world share a passion for. As you can probably tell, this creates a growing problem. Most sports were created to be violent, an excuse to exert physical domination on another human. Sports were a way in which athletes could escape the normal world, have a new set of rules to follow, be held to a different standard.…

The National Football League team in Washington has been a tire fire of a football team on the field for a long time. The team hasn’t won a playoff game in 10 years, and this origination traded up for Robert Griffin III and essentially ruined his career when they rushed him back from a knee injury and he hasn’t been the same since. One would think that with all of this being sad the team wouldn’t have a lot said about them, I mean, what’s the point the team is mediocre and they fall apart every year. This football team is one of the most talked about team for one big reason, their team name. The Washington Redskins. The debate has gone on for years, should the team get rid of the name, is it offensive to Native Americans, or does it now matter.…

Nothing is certain but death, so why not pursue what brings joy and purpose to your life? American football is deeply rooted in American culture, and the public’s opinion varies. Some view football as a sport that promotes violence and knowingly damages its players, while others claim it instills valuable life values and unites the American people. I would most definitely allow my son to play football because it instills and promotes physical health, toughness, and work ethic at an early age. Even though football is known to cause neurological damage to its players, it’s not the sports fault, the fault lies in the NFL for purposely knowing the dangers of playing football and not taking action to protect its players.…

Imagine a girl having the opportunity to play in a football game. She is not only the star kicker, who can kick a forty five yard field goal, but she can also take blocks extremely well. She wins her first game and she can’t wait to experience an amazing career ahead of her, until she receives the call. The call informs her that she can’t play football because she is a girl. This all happened to Kacey Stuart in 2008. The Georgia State Officials denied her the access to continue her football season. Kacey’s parents and town shared her story, and soon Kacey and her mom appeared on Ellen’s and Oprah’s television shows. This led the Women’s Sports Foundation to overturn the Georgia ruling which allowed Kacey to participate in her final game of…

The location of the University is key in deciding what sports need to be added in order to accommodate this ruling of a 1.5 percent benchmark. That is why you are correct in stating that the key factor in deciding which sports to add lies in what sports will draw the largest crowd and largest amount of willing participants. I disagree with your statement that there are no grounds for adding field hockey to the University. Upon further glance, just as an example, Stanford University and the University of California currently, have women’s field hockey teams in place. I am sure that with enough interest from other teams, they would be able to form a west coast conference. On top of that, as I stated in my initial forum post, a women’s…
