Social Work Job Analysis

My aspirations are to become an in school social worker and to start a non-profit organization for young adolescents in Wilmington, Delaware. Being an individual that was neglected by my mother because of her drug addiction, I was raised by my grandmother majority of my life. I found joy in helping those that were more in need than me and being a light to those that seemed like they could not be successful because of what they have been through.
