Spaceship Columbus Tragedy
Everyone knows the famous quote stated in 1969 by Neil Armstrong, “that's one small step for man, one giant leap for mankind” as he took his first step on the Moon. Indeed, such achievement was worldwide recognized and applaud. Unfortunately, 17 years later, in 1986 disaster stroke the United States astronauts team, when the spaceship Challenger exploded 73 minutes after take-off. Another tragedy was in 2003, of spaceship Columbus, which managed to complete its mission but fail to safely land. Both incidents concluded with the deaths of all astronauts and two more casualties.
