Stacey Assignment Analysis
This morning Stacey assignment for today was the task of IDO’s she asked for an explanation as to what was she suppose to be doing. This task had not changed which I explained to her, she will continue with performing this task in the same manner. She commented that the instructions from yesterday stated something different. Stacey became very defensive and would not let me explain to her that the instructions from yesterday were in reference to the Correlation Project not the IDO’s. Nevertheless, she still was arguing with me, I explained to her that the task of IDO’s had not changed at this time, but consequently it is being reviewed to streamline the process. I asked her to explain what was going on with her because lately she had been displaying an unprofessional attitude, and that this was something that was addressed in her evaluation as a goal. She seem to not recall this being on her evaluation I told her that I had a copy if she wanted to see it. Stacey stated that she felt that I was not backing the section any more because I seemed distant from the section. She said that I had changed the past year since we had moved downstairs. It was stated that I never told anyone in the section any more that they are doing a good job or that they appreciated. It was also mentioned that I did not participate in the Goodie Day’s any more including the Thanksgiving and Christmas luncheons. I told Stacey that since my parents had passed away I just did not feel up to joining in to these events. I also told her that I have been standing up for the group, but that it had not always been shared unless it neded to be. She said that I did not keep everyone informed to what was going on the section. I explained to her that if something needed to be shared with the group I had been sending in the form of an email so that I and the group had it in writing. She said she had noticed when she would come in tp talk to me about an issue that she felt like that I was not paying attention to her because I would look at my phone it would ring, check and/or
