The afternoon glow of the sun shines through a bedroom window illuminating a child hunched over his cassette recorder. The year is 1993 in a small town in georgia. He uses a variety of silly voices to create his own plays to pass the time. Approximately twenty three years later, The sun now beats down on the same boy as he stands behind stage in the Mojave desert. Sporting an outrageous outfit he modeled off of traditional nigerian masquerades (Weiner 63-67), he listens to the crowd gathered here anticipating his unreleased album.
