1) Define selection? What “selection tests” should Subway utilize to select the best and brightest employees?
Selection is the process of gathering information about job applicants to decide who should be offered a job.
Subway should utilize cognitive ability test to select the best and brightest employee.
2) If you were hired as a Management Consultant what advice would you give Subway as it pertains to “developing qualified employees” and “keeping or retaining qualified employees”?

I would advise to Subway as pertains to “developing qualified employees” provide training, giving employees the knowledge and skill they need to improve their performance and giving employees formal feedback about their actual job performance.
I would advise Subway as pertains to “keeping or retaining qualified employees” provide to employees recognition and rewards, provide profit sharing and compensation, giving to employees respect show to your employees that you care about them and provide to employees open communications and trust.

3) What are the Big Five Personality Dimensions? Which of the personality dimensions do you think that Subway values especially from their restaurant employees (sandwich artists and managers).
1. Extraversion: - is the degree to which someone is active, assertive, gregarious, sociable, talkative, and energized by other.
2. Emotional Stability: - is the degree to which someone is not angry, depressed, anxious, emotional, insecure, or excitable.
3. Agreeableness: - is the degree to which someone is cooperative, polite, flexible, forgiving, good –natured, tolerant, and trust.
4. Conscientiousness: - is the degree to which someone is organized, hardworking, responsible, persevering, thorough, and achievement oriented.
5. Openness to Experience: - the degree to which someone is curious, broad-minded, and open to new ideas, things, and experiences; is spontaneous; and
