Ans:
It is an tough Question to answer, Because The Book covers pretty good suggestions on how to improve information Technology Project Quality. Probably I'm going to offer some reflections that I had on project quality from the project that I am Currently working at corning.
1. Constant and Meaningful Communication with Stakeholders: Many IT Projects are suffering immensely because of some Stakeholders just aren't communicate with often enough and some other stakeholders that we hold meeting that are largely not meaningful. if both of this get fix, Quality of the project would be improved lot better. My Suggestion is that everyone in the project team should understand the level of quality expected by the project stakeholders and evaluate the processes and phases better and comprehend accordingly to the level of commitment and effort required. “Customer quality expectations and acceptance criteria specify that quality is determined by the customer, not by the project manager.” (Cusolito, n.d.). 4. In the section labeled Suggestions for Improving User Input, there are five bulleted items. Each are written from the IT perspective. Rewrite each in one or two sentences at most with a direct application to your own project. Be very specific; for example, the second bullet is "have users on the project team." In IT projects, they are talking about users of the IT application. Who would those people be in your project? People who might use your deck? People who might use your bathroom regularly?…

In the business world documentation is probably the most important resource a project team can have. First, it provides something to look back upon in the event of a mistake. You can learn from previous failures with proper documentation. Second, particularly with change requests, it helps to keep people accountable. As a project manager you can pull up the proper documentation and be able to say that this is what was agreed upon and from there you can decide whether or not those expectations were met. Formal documentation of change requests is similar to a contract.…

According to Wager, Lee, & Glaser (2009), one of the leading reasons for IT failure is lack of clarity in the project. Lack of clarity is usually the result of unclear leadership that leads project teams to disbelief in the project itself. If the project team is lead by strong organizational leadership, the team will usually work harder to achieve the goals set forth by the organization. Teams will not work as hard if they are unsure about how to use a new system, thus leading them to believe that the new system will most likely increase their workload. Project teams must have well defined leadership initiatives when implementing new IT systems.…

A good leadership must be able to ensure employee and customer satisfactions. To establish and implement effective strategies to ensure quality programs, top management must lead the teams.
