The rapid proliferation and development of emerging technologies in the past years carries unlimited and huge opportunities to various industries. Technological change is one of the important strategic problems that needs to be addressed properly and effectively implementing new IT projects requires a deep understanding of the characteristics, nature and the role of technology in the company. The majority of the executives recognize the crucial role of technology in the airline operations and airline executives believes that technology is the top enabler in improving customer experience and airline’s overall performance.
