It is necessary to understand the strengths and special skills or talents of your followers/employees before placing them in positions or giving them responsibilities that would be better suited for someone else. It is getting to know the members of your group on a deeper level and giving them roles that utilize their strengths and unique abilities. Human Resource Frame emphasizes caring by focusing on the people in the organization considering their needs and benefits to having strong interpersonal relationships in the organizations (Bolman & Deal, 2013). The people directly involved with elementary recess at School C are the students, the teachers, and the staff. Research supports that students benefit from having scheduled recess, and students want the opportunity for unstructured play at school. A Pinellas County student stated, "… they keep telling us to be active and to exercise to stay healthy but then they take PE [and recess] away from us...it makes no sense!” With the structure developed by the P.E. department the students’ academic schedule is only gently effected by the scheduled recess.
