•Identify the company’s internal and external stakeholders.
PepsiCo’s internal stakeholders are any employees, board members, and any volunteers. This would encompass every employee from the delivery driver, to the CEO and Board Member- Indra Nooyi. Their external stakeholders are customers they sell product to, investors, and shareholders.

We seek to produce financial rewards to investors as we provide opportunities for growth and enrichment to our employees, our business partners and the communities in which we operate. And in everything we do, we strive for honesty, fairness and integrity.”

• At least one goal that can be accomplished through a strategic plan
One strategic goal could be planning to increase the money spent on marketing to try and drive more consumers to buy. This is something that the CEO explained would be happening in 2013. I have seen several new commercials and promotions to support this goal. As an employee of PepsiCo, we have been told that profits are up from allocating more funds to go towards marketing each year. oAt least one goal that can be accomplished through an operational plan
