SWOT of Cyclermate
Strengths:
The company has skillful engineers who are expert of producing traditional bike.
The high quality of handmade products is one of the advantages which create the reputation of this company.
The world-mouth reputation is also a factor make this company successful.
The company has abundant space to expand and grow the productivity.
They also have a number of loyal customers who can bring a lot of profits.
They take advantages of the relatively low prices of commercial and industrial property.
One of a very few company that can actually own their private and legal land and buildings.

Weakness:
The company is lack of employee who have skills of making bike because Dai makes 8 frames per days which require a lot of time and physical but he also take duties of management and production.
Moreover, Idris is only specialist who work in production tyres but he is very aged now and facing many healthy problems. However, it take a lot of time to train a new employee to attend the process of manufacturing.
They also don’t have a specific list of personality to recruit employee.
Extra cost was incurring in the form of buying large production site.
Accidents are incurring in the company. This reflects the poor safety of work place.
The complaints of the customer are increasing about the poor quality.
The company investors have put quite a lot of money in this company, expecting it to grow with profit and market expend but the money that they can get back is such a small number, which leads to the withdraw of their money.
Opportunities:
They have opportunities to make use of the trained workforce which has been laid off from the nearby production site.
Government is going green, several incentives have been introduced by the government to increase the sales of cycles.
It is the economic recession that will drive the behavior of people from using petrol-consume vehicle to bicycler and other saving money one.
