Swot Analysis Of Infj
I’m an INFJ and they make up less than 1% of the whole human population! INFJ’s have quite a few strengths and i’ll tell you a few of them! INFJ’s are known for being creative and always wanting to find the perfect solutions for things. They’re also known for being convincing to others. INFJ’s are also called inspiring, but I’m not so sure if I am as inspiring as other INFJ’s. Because they’re inspiring they can make a real impact on others and even on the world. They’re also good for helping people dealing with their emotions, and can figure out quite a bit about other people.

Even though INFJ’s have a lot of strengths, they also have some weaknesses. One of them is sensitivity, and I can be very sensitive sometimes, if has to do with madness

The organization that I have chosen to do my SWOT analysis on is the New Orleans Saints football team. They are among the most successful teams of this decade but not ranked very high as far as most lucrative organizations in the National Football League. They are currently ranked 23rd among the 30 active teams in the national football league. The organization was formed and became a professional football team in 1967. The team got its nickname due to its founding being on All Saints Day on November 1, 1967. The team initially one of the weaker franchises in the league. It didn’t win many games and struggled to sell out games. They have won one Super Bowl title, 5 Division Championships, and made only 9 playoff appearances in its 46 year existence. The ultimate goal of this organization is to win football games and generate revenue by selling tickets and merchandise.…

This paper I will discuss the SWOT analysis of McKendree University. It has been said that the time given to achieve a class while at this university is not lengthy and is a disadvantage. However, the university offers different professional programs to develop students within the allotted time and still create a culture of experiences and campus life beyond the classroom. This would also create an environment supportive of attending McKendree University after military obligations and raising a family.…

    Term Limits Case Study

May 22, 1995, in the U.S. Term Limits, Inc. v. Thornton case the Supreme Court ruled that states cannot impose qualifications on future members of Congress stricter than what is stated in the Constitution. The case was brought to the Supreme Court when the state of Arkansas put an amendment into their state constitution that limited the number of terms any Federal Congressional and Senate candidate from Arkansas could serve. The Supreme Court ruled that “state-imposed term limits were an imperfect, and probably temporary, effort to reform a Congress whose members have become almost permanently ensconced on Capitol Hill” (Zubler 1995). Because term limits can limit the opportunity for someone to grow into their government position, limit citizen’s rights to select their own representatives, and eliminate any incentive representatives have to meet the needs of the public,…

Reflecting upon these traits of INFJ’s, and relating them to my “true” self, I do see many of the characteristics aforementioned. James Madison is known as the Father of the Constitution, a body of fundamental laws that set out the process of government. The Constitution is made up of multiple articles and amendments. Multiple amendments allow anyone to vote, the 6th amendment gives everyone Miranda rights, and the 3rd amendment gives the right to bear arms. Throughout my career I have always been an introvert when it came to complex issues. I tend to focus on my inner self. Using the Myers-Briggs where I was assessed as an INTJ repeatedly for the last five years, it clearly shows my repeated tendency towards introversion. Upon completing the Right to Lead Assessment (RLAM) during the first week, the results only reinforced the Myers-Briggs results. There are many ways to shift to extraversion and I will try many throughout the year. I will also solicit fellow students within my seminar for honest feedback. Again at the end of the year I will retake the above mentioned assessments to see if there is any significant change.…

According to the self-assessment test, my personality type came out to be Introverted, Intuitive, Thinking, and Judging (INTJ), which means that I am independent, determined, skeptical, critical and very stubborn. My score for Type-A personality was 123, which indicates that I am a very strong in this personality type. Type-A personalities have the need to do more and more in the little amount of time that they have, not doing well with leisure time, obsessed with numbers, always measuring their success by how much they have and not very easy to get along with, interrupting others and even finishing their sentences (Prentice-Hall, 2007). Looking at my actions I would have to agree with the assessment.…
