A. Statement of the Problem

The Farm INC. is facing some problems in operations, finance and human resources.
Example, in operation, how The Farm INC, Attracts customer would they use some advertisement? Promos? How do they use the money did they earned?

Respectively, the best solution and our opinion is to use some advertisement. For their product aside to use some promos, it may fail the company and spend the money wisely for their success of the company.

B. Company Background (150 words)

The Farm, Inc. is a fast food chain that serves food quick in highly processed and prepared in an industrial fashion, in most fast food operations, menu items are generally made from processed ingredients. The company is facing widespread problems in operations, finance, and human resources. It believes it needs more cost effective operations and added competitive advantages. The corporate executives realize that they do not have the required information to enable fast decision making regarding store operations, finance and human resources, and they are of the opinion that the current information technology infrastructure is a major constraint in effective management of over 30 store, on the stores they have each operation managers, multiple vendors, and 500 store staff.

The following officers of the company are Dr. Tina Aragon as Chief Operations Officer, Ms. Fe Prospero as Chief Finance Officer and lastly Ms. Minette Francisco as Human Resources and Administrative Director. The company is hoping for much better system that will improve their service to customers.
