Teacher Essay
Everybody always wants to have a good teacher for school. But every teacher is not always going to be a good teacher. When people say they have a good teacher i think of the teacher as going the extra mile for them, willing to do anything for them. A good teacher should always have good qualities. These qualities should inclde respect, responsiblity, Leadership, Role Model, and being concerned.

First the teacher should show and have respect. This is importsnt because if you dont have resprect the kids want have respect for you. Like if you give them assignment and be rude to them they wont do it. I want you to know this because respet go's along way. In order to get respect you have to give it. This would solve alot of caos in the future. This will help you in the long run because you wont have conflict with your students.

Second he or she should be a responsible teacher. By being a responsible teacher it would make it alot easier for your students. Like for example if you loose students papers they will start to get annoyed with you. Becasue if you not a responsible eachr your not a good teacher. So if i was a teacher I would be a responsible one so I piss some students off. I want you to know this because a responsible person makes a better person in my opinion. This would help my Grades being accurate all the time.

Third they should be a role model for the students. This is important because you should want your students to go down the right path. Like you should always teach your kids to be on time. You should know this because if you dont set a good example for your students they will end up in trouble. Like if you let your students skip class they will fail. You wouldnt want any of your students to fail would you? This would help the students be a better person in life.

In conclusion most teachers should have good qualities in order to be a good teacher. Those qualities should be respect, Responsibility, and a role model. If he or she doesnt have these tools they are not a good teacher. So is your teacher a good teacher?

    * The first characteristic necessary in being the ideal teacher is being involved. Teachers will become like second parents to many students in their career, so being involved is crucial. When you think of a teacher, many assume the only thing they can be involved in is standing in front of a classroom and giving homework, this is certainly not the case. For instance, teachers know they may be faced with a student who is having a hard time at home, such as being abused and in many cases have no-one else to turn to. The ideal teacher makes it a point to get involved so that any student feels confident enough that they can talk to their teacher. When I was in school I hit the age that I thought I knew everything and was getting into trouble, I look back now and thank god that I had some outstanding teachers who helped me through.…

Most of us have had at least one really great teacher and one really bad one. We know what we like and expect in a teacher and judge them based on that. I have had teachers over the years whom others have not liked. There were also other teachers I thought did a horrible job but other students thought were the best they ever had. Most of what people perceive as a good or bad teacher is usually based on things like personalities and preferred learning styles. But all good teachers have a few things in common that is universal whether or not we like them and/or their style.…
