Have you ever took a chance to use online technology for needed services? Nowadays, technology we use today is much better than technology use back in the past centuries. According to Reamer, many social workers careers started with less technology. Social workers use of technology included: telephones attached to the walls, progress notes created on typewriters, journals and books were only in hard copy and much more. Technology has completely changed to where services can be provided online at any time. Social workers has the opportunity to provide online counseling, telephone counseling, and video counseling to their clients. This could may be convenient for social workers and clients but does this particular method effective?
