You must be at least fourteen years old with a parent's consent. When the fourteen year old goes into the back room they will be asked if they personally want this tattoo. If you do not want this tattoo they will not do the tattoo. They can’t the tattoo on their private parts for reasons. You can not get a full sleeve tattoo or one bigger than 6 inches.
Some might argue against this opinion because “will this jeopardize their chances of getting a job?” I don't believe this is an issue because more workplaces are lenient with these rules and regulations. Tattoo removal is an expensive option but it is an option. Also makeup is a good way to cover up a tattoo. Another question may be commonly asked like Young teens don’t know want, Is this a good idea?” It is a great idea because we are putting the risk of disease for getting a tattoo lowered. Teens are very needy and not going to wait a couple years to turn legal.
To be able to get a tattoo at a younger age could be a good thing. You could vividly remember an experience that you have and want to write it down in the form of a tattoo. To have the option to remember it and do it then and there would be nice. I would want to have the memories straight then for it to be blurry and me be
