In this film, the task for the men and women competing to work for Donald Trump was to sell ice cream bars. The objective of the task was whichever group made the most profit from selling the ice cream bars wins, and will be safe from elimination. The teams were split up into two groups of all men and all women’s team. For the men’s group, the team leader had experience in sales and was really confident that he was going to lead his group to victory. On the other hand, the all women’s group leader had no experience what so ever in sales, and wasn’t sure how she would lead her group to success. The guy’s team started off with really good communication towards one another and quickly agreed on a location and sales strategy that they were going to use in order to win. But once they got to their location, the sales strategy didn’t quite work out, and each person had their own way of selling the ice cream bars. The leader then took the lead in telling his teammates how they should be selling the bars in a more orderly fashion way. One group member suggested a costume that they could all wear to look more uniformed and as a unit. They also used signs, charm, looks, and bribes to get people’s attention to buy ice cream bars from them as their sales strategy. Their main advantage above the girls was that they are more aggressive and the amount of energy they used to get people to buy their ice cream bars.
