Executive Summary
In terms of running a successful business in any industry it is quite clear that to reach maximum efficiency one of the core factors is the staffing of that particular business. I am however taking a more specific insight into staffing and targeting towards the aspect of the training of employees. Training and development is something very important to the company, “Training presents a prime opportunity to expand the knowledge base of all employees” (Frost, Demand Media). The reason such an important factor to this is that employers typically find the implementing such a process into their business expensive. Whilst training they are missing work which can delay many things like work projects setting some serious drawbacks. But in the perspective of looking at the long term results it can benefit both the employee as an individual and also the company
