The Callaway Golf Canada
The Callaway Golf Canada: The Mobile Performance

The Callaway Golf Canada is a company use to being at the top, they are always ahead of their competitors. Their main problem right now is their great idea about the Mobile Performance is going to eventually be offered by every other golf company so they must come up with something new and fresh to keep their customers.
One solution would be to hire more MCPs, with their current way of running things, people find that the current MCPs don’t have the time to focus on all of their accounts. With more, people will feel as though the MCPs care more and have more time for them. One thing that could go wrong with this is they fact that they may not have enough customers to have all of the MCPs hours filled.
Another solution would be to make it mandatory that all MCPs complete their professional certification. This would make the customers feel as though they are getting the best possible customer service.
Another solution could be instead of hiring more MCPs, making the current MCPs hours longer. This would only be 6 hours a day, 30 hours a week, at work while the average Canadian spending 36.6 hours a week.
And finally, they could also make a change by updating their programs, which would make customers extremely excited. With this new program, it wouldn’t really help the custom-fitting process, but it would really benefit the golfers and make them more willing to golf.
My suggestion would be that they simply make the MCPs complete their professional certification. Yes this means the company will have to pay an extra $50 for each employee, but in the end it will be beneficial and they will most likely be seeing more customers.

To minimize all of this Midas can start cross training employees to learn more than one trait. This will allow them to rotate from one station to another if one job has been completed and there is one still waiting. Another way to cut down on the negatives would be to change their policy on the wait time. Midas currently states that no customer will wait more than thirty minutes for service. If a new program is going to be implemented then it is obvious that the wait time will be longer if customers require more than one service job at a time. The time should be moved to one hour to give service workers ample enough time to get the job done the right way the first time. Expanding the service area to allow for more than one job to be done at a time would also cut back on time and allow twice as much work to get done as before. reference…

The implicit rate for the lease is 3.78%. From its initial existence R&D and innovative products had been the lifeline of CGC. When Callaway bought into the company his first initiative was to develop original products. Innovation and superior performing products are important in golf because equipment is thought to have a significant impact on player performance. Moreover, innovation was important because CGC had to be the technological leader to sell its products at premium price and continue to exceed customer expectations. The industry was also characterized as being driven by new product development because manufacturers were trying to bet each other to the next "best club" so CGC had to manufacture products that were differentiated from its own existing products as well as those of its competitors.…

I only depicted 2 of the 5 forces that would have a major affect on Callaway’s. The first force that would come into play would be the ‘Threat of substitutes’, this is because if prices are lower at a competing golf manufacturing company, a person who really does not care about performance, but more so for just doing it as a hobby, would more that likely turn towards the substitute.…

First of all, by setting the CCC, the CUP can reduce lapse rate. The CUP has a high lapse rate before setting CCC. According to the interviews with defected customers, many of the lost of customers are due to CUP’s own fault, and they could be avoided by better services and better training. In CCC, people who respond the call could effectively answer a variety of questions, which could reduce the bureaucratic responses. Moreover, CCC could eliminate source of errors and eliminate process steps in the future. It can solve 90% of customer problems on the first call, and resolve the remaining 10% problems in one day with a follow-up call. All these can increase clients’ satisfaction and reduce the lapse rate.…
