First of all when the Quinn and the Han were building the wall you would expect them to at least get paid a little tribute well instead the Han had to pay tribute to them and there were also many harsh conditions they both had to face while building the wall. One of the harsh conditions they had to face is tens of thousands died from hunger, sickness, and extreme heat or cold weather. Another harsh condition they had to face leaving families and villages for lots of years. 30,000 men from the Quinn were forced to build the wall until completed they also had to fight against the Xiongnu while also trying to protect the wall. In conclusion from all these harsh conditions the Quinn and the Han had to face that is why I think that the benefits did not outweigh the
