P.118 #2 a) New systsem Hoosier Burger has selected is inventory control. Its focus is on inventory control and customer ordering and management reporting system.
b) Project scope: implementing a point of sale system as an alternative design strategy.
c)Six feasibility:
1. Economic - on this part of the feasibility, implementing this system could help their operation become more efficiency and keep their costs to a minimum. It also depends on the customers and comepetitions they have around.
2. Operational - It will benefits the restaurant in both management and labors, because of the inventory ordering system will become a less of trouble for Hooiser Burger
3. Technical - new technique or eletric equipment could improve the performance speed of the employees
4. Schedule - the experienced people will be fine on this field, but if they hired new employees, they might have to give them schedules that are not in the rush hours to get use to how it operates.
5. Legal and contractual - This will not be involved because as long as they are not doing anything big changes or illegal operations.
6. Political - their system is not really involved in this area
