3. Technical - new technique or eletric equipment could improve the performance speed of the employees
4. Schedule - the experienced people will be fine on this field, but if they hired new employees, they might have to give them schedules that are not in the rush hours to get use to how it operates.
5. Legal and contractual - This will not be involved because as long as they are not doing anything big changes or illegal operations.
6. Political - their system is not really involved in this area

Last, I would hold a conference call or in person meeting in the office to make sure everyone have fully understanding of the project.
