The Most Horrific Events During The Holocaust

It seems we are reminded on a daily basis in someway of the horrific events that occurred during the Holocaust. The Holocaust is the genocidal acts committed by Adolf Hitler and the Nazi Regime from 1941-1945. The Holocaust is a name given to the murder of 6 million Jewish and several other persecuted groups during World War II. At this time the approximately 2.7 million of the persecuted groups were killed by German SS and police. The remaining 3.3 million were killed by and in concentration or “death camps” such as Auschwitz-Birkenau and Belzec. The German Waffen Schutzstaffel hunted the Jewish people and other persecuted groups down and either killed them on spot or took them to the above mentioned death camps.Hitler and the Nazi regime
In reality Hitler’s mother passed in 1907 when Hitler was just 18. Realistically speaking the medicine world was undeveloped at this time and a cancer patient stood no chance at survival due to lack of medical science. Hitler in his teen age angst might have blamed his mother's Jewish doctor for her death. Though that is one of the many thoughts as to why Hitler wanted the Jewish dead.Personally I believe that the world should have never Hitler go that far. I understand that the world was at war but at the same time innocent people were being massacred. Even hearing of mass shootings in the media I always ask “How did it get this far?” or “Why weren’t they stopped sooner?”. I’m honestly dumbfounded that 3 countries had time to execute more than 6 million innocent before 9 of the most powerful countries in the world could stop them. Even after Russia lost almost 7 million. China boasts to have the largest army in the world but they couldn’t stop 3 countries that could entirely fit in the area of land that China occupies?
