First and foremost, the strict rules cannot help young to plan for their social work skills. Today’s society requires young people to adapt to social work and masters all kinds of skills as soon as they graduated from universities. It is impossible for young people to predominate these kinds of skills or suitability. Because of the management system of education, young people have not be provided these kinds of abilities, so it is too strict to the young people to grasp these social work skills and abilities. For example, my brother has been graduated for two years. He found a job which demand social skills, however, neither my brother nor the other students have the matched techniques to replay the social work. So he is not easily to find a suitable job for himself. That’s why I consider these rules are strict with young people.
Moreover, the strict rules are no useful for their study. The valuable concept of society suggests young people to become the champion in a group or collectivity. But this rule ignores something which young people are really interested in study. In this concept, it hinders young people to understand the truth of the education. It’s unnecessary for young people to insist this concept anymore. As an example of my school, students’ time is full with study, we cannot consider the other thing which is not as crucial as study. Anyone of us eager obtains an excellent result, so we pay undivided attention to make up ourselves learning loopholes. We have no time to find what we really like. So I account for the rules too
