The Similarities Between North And South During The Civil War
"Our blood is as the flood of the Amazon, made up of a thousand noble currents all pouring into one. We are not a nation, so much as a world." We have a lot of differences in our country but we also have a lot of similarities from start to end. We fought through slavery and arguing between top and bottom or as in this writing North and South. People aren't the same and the government found out that the hard way with the Civil War. We had to depend on each other in the end, north needed raw materials and south need products. How did the U.S. Government handle this and did they see the differences between each side.
