The Stranger By Albert Camus: Agreeing In A Society-Based Way

Absurdism is the belief that human beings exist in a purposeless, chaotic universe. In the novel, “The Stranger” by Albert Camus, it talks about a man that just lost his mother, it seems like he doesn’t really care, but he truly loves his mother, he just deals with things on his own pace. Throughout the book it seems like he gives up on life, and he just doesn’t care about his well being but he doesn’t show it enough, but at the end he is decapitated for murdering an arab citizens. I agree and somewhat disagree with Absurdism, but Absurdism isn’t just saying that human life has no point. I agree on a society based way, but I disagree on a religious based way.

If you live, good for you, God wants you to stay, because you were meant for something. If you die, then oh well. You took everything for granted and now you're probably going to hell. Taking the Earth for granted has it’s consequences coming one day. When you prayed, you didn’t mean it nine times out of ten, so you thought you were number one instead and that is not true. God is always number one. Always.
The View
I’ve agreed and disagreed on Absurdism. Absurdism isn’t such a good or bad thing. You just have to see from the point of view of someone else. Like, some people might not believe in god, or if they do, it’s on a different level of view, and in society, not everyone is bad as everyone says they set out to be. Yes, some people are still taking everything for granted and then some people think that taking stuff for granted is a sin. That’s just how some people were raised. Absurdism is just apart of life, and I’m okay with that. It goes on in everyday life, without most of the world realizing it. Absurdism is natural and imaginary. Not everything in the world has to be bad, so why can’t Absurdism be one of
