Strengths (What do I do well?) Weaknesses (Where can I make improvements?)
• I am a responsible person and I always finish my charges in time.
• I can work late hours because I am purposeful and ambitious.
• I can force myself to do my work even if the task is not interesting enough.
• I am a fast learner and that helps me to put new skills into practice. • I often avoid long lasting tasks because the most important for me is to achieve successful results.
• I have a short temper which causes lack of concentration sometimes.
• I do not like being needed everywhere: I get stressed when having a big charge and little time to do it.
• Sometimes I am subjected to procrastination.

• When I delay the order execution, my colleagues take interesting projects I would love to be involved in.
• Getting a promotion means important duties and a lot of responsibilities. My “charge stress” can cause problems with the performance of duties.
• The level of competition in our company is rather high. Because of my unwillingness to perform long lasting tasks I could be replaced by someone else.
