Thirteen year olds should not be able to drive because they can die or have a fatal injury like they can become paralyzed for the rest of their lives. One example is that teenagers can get distracted with social media, or just texting. Just because they are teenagers and think they can drive a car and are mature, doesn’t mean they are. So kids/teens get other kids saying stuff, or start something where it can make someone feel bad. Which can be very immature.
