Since the beginning of the new century, the continuing progress of the productive forces and gradually increase in living standards give impetus to the extent of tourism activities.Frequent international economic, cultural exchanges and the evolution of lifestyle also further promote the diversification of demand for business travel, adventure travel, vacation travel and shopping tourism.(Irshad.H,2010) Nevertheless, tourism industry is more sensitive to changes in the external environment, it will be subject to the influences of a variety of factors, moreover, due to tourism industry has strong regional and different tourism resources, coupled with distinctive domestic tourism development strategies and the constraints of the tourism development capabilities, the level of tourism development in different countries in the world is different.
