Transformative Worldviews

From Creswell (2015), Chapter One of the philosophical worldview, the paradigms of which can be utilized in an organization is the transformative worldviews. A worldview is how an individual makes sense of the world, which consists of one’s perceptions and values. Furthermore, as the individual grows, so does one’s life and one’s outlook of the world changes, as well. When a change occurs, this reflects a shift in one’s paradigm.
