Example 1 Since mankind is created in the image of God, as a teacher, I should teach children by the fruits of the Spirit.
Gal. 5:22-23 says, "But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control."
Example 2 We are all created in the image of God, and are all related, so we should treat everyone as equals. As a teacher, it is my responsibility to treat each child fairly, and to teach them to treat each other fairly. I should not have favorites, and treat certain students differently than the rest. Gal 3:8 says, "There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor freeman, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus." No one person is better than another, it does not matter how many good works you do or how many people you lead to Christ. We are all the same in the eyes of God. Romans 2:11 says, "For one man is not different from amother before God." I am the one who is setting an example to the children that I teach, and I am teaching the new generation.
Example 3 Teachers are also responsible for the discipline of students. I do not mean to physically touch the students, but using discipline such as timeouts, apology letters, or verbal apologies. Prov 23:13 says, "Do not hold back discipline from the child. "It is my responsibility to make sure
