Transition Of Parenting
If a person has a strong relationship with someone who is being supportive of them during a transition period it can help the child a lot, being close to a parent is one of the best persons to have, they should always be supportive during any time in their life. This can have great bearing on the child.
A child or young person also needs a good relationship with some one in the setting; this will take form of a special person who will have a positive relationship with the child , This could be a teacher or a TA.

A child may lose a loved one in the family during this transition its best to keep them remembering the good times,if they don't want to talk just be there for them, if they have to move schools for various reasons just assure them
