Trap Shoot Narrative
This Weekend This weekend I don't have much going on. For mothers day we are going to have some of my grandparent come over to our house I don't know which ones yet, but we are going to cook for them for the most part. For the rest of the weekend I don't know what we are doing at all but mostly we are going to do yard work and I am going to enjoy the weather and ride my Zipline before the rain.

One thing that I also have to do is a trap shoot on Sunday morning where I have to shoot 2 rounds or 2 boxes of ammo for a competition shoot. I don't have any idea whatsoever as to what my score will be the first time I shot at Del-Tone/Luth ,the range we go to, I shot something like a 8-9 so the first round I shot 8 clay pigeons ans so on.

I was surprised at my findings during the shooter game. The armed I had WHITE-24 and BLACK-20 and the unarmed I had WHITE-22 and BLACK-15. With my own heuristics I feel that I have a quick judgement, because the game made me think quick to observe which people was good or bad. When I got them wrong it took away points from the average, but it taught me to be more observative to the people that popped up on the screen. Overall, I had to figure which people are dangerous and which ones was not dangerous which I needed to survive throughout the game.…

The defeat and destruction of my country and its people left me in despair. The crumbled buildings half standing, the bodies of those bombarded with bombs, and the memory of my repentant actions during this immense war. I consider myself a patriot of my grand country, served to protect it, and completed what instructed, but it fails to erase the horrifying images of thousands of men, women, and children piled atop of one another executed by myself and my comrades. Before this commenced, I lived a relatively normal life. I served in the military and participated in combat operation during the invasion of the Soviet Union. This experience helped transition me into my operations in Poland, but never fully prepare me for what materialized.…

“Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” high pitched screeching sounds fill the tiny cabin. I turn to the other three girls who wore an identical petrified look in their eyes. “Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” penetrates our eardrums, once again adding to the growing panic. I attempt to evaluate the situation as best as my 4th-grade self can. We are in our seemingly “safe” camp cabin full of eight girls and two high school counselors in a separate room. “Scrape, Scrape, Scrape” dread begins piling up in the pit of my stomach. ”It’s the shovel man!” a cabin mate blurts out. I huddle next to the girl quivering beside me, using her radiating body warmth to substitute for the chill in this grave of a room. “Creak” the door inches open.…

I am on the rough turf with the ball in my hands and blue cleats in my peripheral vision. In that moment, all I could hear were the voices in my head yelling "no". My position as goalie contradicts many of my human instincts. The voices tell me not to sacrifice my body to save a shot, but I have been trained to do so. Anxiousness fills my body as I hit the ground, but relief overcomes my mind when I feel the ball inside my palms. The details of this image are a blur. I can only remember where this took place and when. The people in the image are only a vague memory, but the emotions are, oh, so real. Some moments will be forgotten, but the feelings in that moment will always be remembered.…
