a. Trizma is receiving request for payment from line manager. Line manager must prepare beforehand FML code and written e-mail in English with his preapproval.
b. Trizma is entering approval request into Share Point
c. Trizma will filter items waiting to be approved and send link to Souheil every Friday (status will be visible in SP therefore items can be easily tracked by status, value, etc.)
d. After approval is received Trizma will continue processing request
