Introduction

Obesity is one of the leading causes of a number of the most serious threats to public health; heart disease and stroke, just to name a couple. According to many of the leading health experts one of the best ways to combat obesity is to get more exercise and eat healthier. While most fitness professionals agree that eating healthy should definitely be a part of any lifestyle change, where the disagreement comes in is what type and amount of exercise delivers the best results.

The prevailing thought among many trainers is that you must include some form of cardio workout in order to burn fat and combat obesity.

Was it easy to follow?

As part of our research for this review of the Turbulence Training system we like to try it out to be able to give a first hand account of how easy it is to follow the system. We don’t necessarily go through the whole system from start to finish, but we go through enough of it to be able to tell our readers what we think. We evaluated it on how well it was put together and how easy it was read. We think that Craig Ballantyne put together a system that does a great job pointing out where all the other ones go wrong and why Turbulence Training is the best way to train your body to burn fat.

Does it deliver on its promise?

One of the best ways we have discovered to be able to answer the question of does it actually deliver on what it is promises would be to search online for what people who tried it for themselves have to say about it. My Final Thoughts

Weight loss systems are a dime a dozen more less on the Internet and a simple search of weight loss will turn up millions of results. Unfortunately, many of the systems and programs are nothing more than scams designed to take your money. It is so hard to find a decent program that actually delivers the results that it claims.

Part of our preparation for our reviews is to try out the programs that we are about to review. We have found that our readers find us more credible when we are able to add our own personal experiences into our reviews. This includes our review of Turbulence Training, we signed up and got access to the website.

We discovered what so many others that have used Turbulence Training and swears by the results. Craig Ballantyne discovered that cardio exercises do not offer the level weight loss/fat burning that we have been led to believe. He found an alternative and used it as a basis for his weight loss program Turbulence

    For many years there has been a debate between which is better for weight control and all around health and fitness, Cardiorespiratory Exercise or Weight Training. Regular aerobic exercise causes your lungs to process more oxygen with less effort; your heart to pump more blood with fewer beats; and the blood supply directed to your muscles to increase.
