Turn and Oral Paper Works
We never met personally, but I’m so IRItated with all the silent and oral paper works and activities that needs to be accomplished. I've lost 2 pounds due to NUTRITION and FITNESS program. Most of my hairs turn gray and white without comprehending the difference of NON-NUMERATE and DIAGNOSTIC results. Countless sleepless nights and never ending days were spent just to figure out the right interpretation and presentation of the facts and data. All of these for the CLASSROOM PROFILES to comply. Without mentioning the printing cost and other expenses that hurts my wallet which already burden and broken to the last penny. POOR ME!
Despite all odds, it turns out alright. With the cooperation and collaboration of all the teachers and all of those in charge. We still manage to survive. Camaraderie becomes clear and closeness of each one reveals! We learned a lot from it. Thanks for that PASBE!
I hope I've met you personally. You taught me how to realize and understand my learners personally and professionally. Personally, I was amaze with their spirit and eagerness while doing the FITNESS CRAZE. Their endurance shows off and the biggest smile, when they accomplished the undergoing tasks. Those who did not, were a little shame and embarrassed but never the less they tried. Especially in the IRI ORAL SILENT test. When they cannot read aloud, they cannot look at you straight in the eyes. A moment of reality cannot be denied. Seeing what can they do and what they can’t is a truth that I must help them do that, LEARNED AND UNDERSTAND. Professionally, I realize that there a lot of things that I need to do in order to help my pupils. With this, I would like to THANK YOU!!

As with children, developing a positive relationship with young people is important in effective communication. If you are seen to be in ultimate control of everything and set limits and parameters to tasks and the learning environment you are unlikely to get positive results from your pupils. Whereas straight, simple answers to questions are fine for young children, encouraging thought processes and giving more detailed answers are more suited to older pupils. If you don’t know the answer to a question, don’t simply dismiss it, help and encourage the pupil to use different resources to find the answer. The information should be appropriate to their age and developmental level. Supporting their learning in this way strengthens a positive teacher-pupil relationship and reinforces the message that you are there to support them. This approach will help them to demonstrate positive learning…

Mrs. Johnson has always been known as one of the hardest teachers at Bayou Academy, but on my first day of seventh grade, I was able to experience just how good she lives up to her reputation. It was a very nerve-racking day for me, being in high school for the first time scared me. But, there was something else about this day that scared me even more and that was going to Mrs. Johnson's class. As I walked into her classroom for the first time, I realized I wasn't the only one scared. The students already sitting in their desks all had pale faces and looked as if they had seen a ghost. We were all scared of failure. The first day…

I am a hard-working, responsible and friendly individual with a strong desire to teach, which I believe are some of the key qualities required to be a teacher. In addition a good teacher needs to be patient, especially if a child is having trouble understanding a task, as alternative techniques must be explored to suit each child. Every child is unique and I think it is important to recognise this, as some will need more guidance and scaffolding than others. I am enthusiastic with a genuine love of teaching and I recognise that whilst this career can be challenging at times, the reward of personal pride makes it worthwhile.…

It has been a roller coaster complete with catapulting highs, plummeting lows, and lots of twists and turns. When I walked into my classroom on the first day of school, I saw 26 smiling students sitting before me, ready to learn. They had potential beyond belief, and looked at me like I was their role model, friend, teacher, and worst enemy, all in one. I enjoyed my first few days of teaching, of making a difference, and it seemed like nothing in the world could stop me. However, on the third day of school one of my fourth grade students stole my cell phone. I could not believe one of my own students had violated my trust. I wanted to quit right then and there. I wanted to give up.…

Being a young teacher I am proud of being one of the representative national education of my motherland. As once my mother some years ago said the teacher is a person who educates the children as well as brings up future leaders of the society by involving in their learning process. Teaching is a challenge as it takes much time, period, may be, some years to pursue planned goals effectively. As a professional young specialist I am yielding my fruits now. My students have shown their progress by winning honorable prizes in the regional Olympiad of English language, entering to their desired higher institutions after hard-prepared years. It is a great pleasure to hear or to be at the moments when they are thankful to you just saying the words of thanks. At these moments I’ve realized my importance. It is ongoing process and in turn, it requires the teacher to have much effort, certain amount of creativity, enthusiasm, leadership skills which are developed during some years based on professional and life experience. To achieve such progress I’ve followed a long path of professional training and experience additional to the subject knowledge in the following ways.…
