I. ABOUT KFC

Colonel Harland Sanders was the owner of KFC, he opened his first restaurant in 1930 in the small front room of a gas station in Corbin, Kentucky.
KFC (whose name was originally an acronym for Kentucky Fried Chicken) is a fast food restaurant chain that specializes in fried chicken and is headquartered in Louisville, Kentucky, United States (US).
Original Recipe, Extra Crispy, Kentucky Grilled Chicken and Extra Crispy Strips with home-style sides, Hot Wings and freshly made chicken sandwiches, Chicken burger, Wraps, French fries, soft drinks, salads, desserts, breakfast. KFC has been serving customers complete, freshly prepared, family meals since Colonel Harland Sanders founded the concept in 1952.
It is the world's second largest restaurant chain overall (as measured by sales) after McDonald's with over 18,000 outlets in 120 countries and territories located across the world.
The first KFC franchise opened in the United States in 1952 and in Canada a year later. The first overseas franchise was established in the United Kingdom in 1964. The major markets for KFC include the United States (4,500 units), China (4,200 units), Japan (1,100 units), the United Kingdom (800 units), South Africa (700 units), Canada (650 units), Australia (600 units), Malaysia (550 units), Thailand (450 units) and Indonesia (450 units).

She wants to start Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) fast food centre in Yangon because there is no KFC franchise after 2011 when Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) opened.
She has not enough money to start sole trader. Working capital is working around $500,000 but she has $100,000 so she needs another $400,000 to be borrowed.
