Human resources at the Boots are the employees or people who work inside the organisation.
This includes the staff members from the different departments. The examples of the employees at the Boots are the peoples who work in the management department, pharmacists, hygienists, sales assistants, security and finance department.
Staffing to meet changing demands
In my opinion human resources can improve at Boots organisation by employing right candidates with the knowledge of the health care products and also have some knowledge of chemistry, and the reason for this is that because Boots is the one of the famous pharmaceuticals in the U.K.
If Boots hire more high qualified people who are whilling to make the company to success so this can help the organisation to expand more the business. It is change their level and type of staffing because this helps the organisation to keep up with the changing demands of the business. This can affect to some of number of employees that need to have more skills so they could also provide some training to build up more skills in the employee, so the employees can be able to provide better service and understand the business demands. I would provide one example such as a junior employee at boots can receive a management training to prepare to take over the running of a team or department.
Coordination of team resources to meet targets
In the business I think that aswel as making good effort towards the work and working hard, it is also essential to make sure that all the resources at the workplace are used effectively within the teams to meet company’s targets which are set.
Basically when working as a team there is no I, it always has to be us, and this shows that when working in a team the resources need to be coordinated. The resources in a business can be the skills whithin the team, expirience or even financial resources that will help the team achieve what is supposed to. Most of the organisations have
