Principle 1: The barbell treatment consists of treating people with caution and not treating them for granted. When I go to the gym I use all sorts of equipment but I like to use the barbells, and with using these tools we have rules with keeping the barbells clean and undamaged. When you are doing a favor for someone it is to help them and they can help you later but if it feels like you keep doing favors that they will not return or just treat you badly you are being used.
