Urshan College Fluctuation Analysis

Throughout the realm of Christian academic institutions, there has been a constant fluctuation in retention and withdrawal rates. In particular, Urshan College has noticed a seemingly greater withdrawal percentage in recent years. Although staff, faculty, and board members have worked to resolve this issue, it still remains. Due to various situations, many students have continued to withdraw from the school and go on to leave the church entirely. There have been various issues, ideas, and philosophies of what the causing factors may be. In the particular circumstance of Urshan College and other Christian college communities, a decline in retention rates may be linked to a lack of balance in academic, social, and spiritual aspects within a student's life.
