Board team in the same building
Is one of the most important points to be developed in this project. To improve our delivery reliability is necessary a better coordination-communication between departments, production, sales and logistic basically. For this reason, this three departments must be in constant contact for make a good planning production according to the estimated sales. We know that nowadays logistic department is not integrated in our main office, and it could be a trouble for our delivery reliability.

We have thought in a new location for our office. If we get improve our productivity, we will produce more, so our actual warehouse will not have space enough, so we can locate the office there, and build a new warehouse (explained later). Our calculations tell us that the increased production will start in 2015, so provisionally we will continue in our actual office, and Amanda will change her actual office to another next to this.
Once we have the new office in the old warehouse, we will save the rent out the actual building.

Close down Rolfstad plant
Rolfstad plant is currently at maximum capacity level to produce plastic frames(400k), but unfortunately his geographical position is the worst. We must close one down plant, so we think the best option is Rolfstad and move the plastic production to Flodköping. For this reason, we can avoid duplicity cost.

We know that in Rolfstad there is new machinery, and also ins movable, so we can use that in Flodköping to
