The creation of teams can be a difficult task. Worldwide organizations such as Verizon must create teams that are able to perform while not be centrally located with the main headquarters. The organization has over 160 thousand employees’ worldwide which means that selection of team leaders in this worldwide organization very important. The team leader that is chosen should have the educational background and experience to lead the team provided.
The team members must also have a fundamental knowledge of the organization maybe not as much experience as the team leader but there has to be a time in an individual’s career where they build experience and being in a team with others that have the same relative educational background in the
