When synthesizing all 3 articles the overall recommendations were to implement policies and procedures as well as making sure administrative is on board and assisting in the change to make the work environment safer. Many individuals don’t realize that majority of the violence in the workplace comes from not only the patient but from their families as well as the visitors which goes unnoticed.
