Acts or threats of physical violence, including intimidation, harassment, and/or coercion, that involve or affect the company or that occur on company property or in the conduct of company business off company property, will not be tolerated. This prohibition against threats and acts of violence applies to all persons involved in company operations, including, but not limited to, CCSI2 personnel, contract workers, temporary employees, and anyone else on CCSI2 property or conducting company business off company property. Violation of this policy, by any individual, will lead to corrective and/or legal action as appropriate.
This policy is intended to bring CCSI2 into compliance with existing legal provisions requiring employers to provide a safe workplace; it is not intended to create any obligations beyond those required by existing law.

All company property including desks, storage areas, work areas, lockers, file cabinets, credenzas, computer systems, office telephones, cellular telephones, modems, facsimile machines, and duplicating machines must be used properly and maintained in good working order.
