My contract of employment included the name of my work place or employer, the date when my employment start or commence, the position or job title I will be doing, my duties and responsibilities, contracted hours and who will be my immediate superior. It also informed me of my probationary period. The annual salary I would be receiving, and I was also provided an employee handbook which serves as my guidelines and rules while employed with the company.
