Using your results
How did you score? (Include score) How high are your daily and weekly stress scores?
The highest score daily is around 10 pm when I have to drive from one campus to the other to get to class in time and I have to deal with all the people driving. And my highest score weekly is usually Saturday and Sunday that are the days that I work the whole day.
Are you satisfied with your stress rating? If not, set a specific goal.
I am actually really satisfied with my stress levels. I can do nothing about the stress that I go through at work because of the kind of work I do, I am a server so I get really stressed out with people asking for a hundred and ten different things.
