WENDY’S CUSTOMERS * The roots of this phenomenon are generally traced to a new life style where people are too busy to prepare food for themselves and increasingly less inclined to do so.

* People in college and in their 20s are the most frequent consumers of fast food. They have also contributed to the growth of Wendy’s late-night business .

* Open to all religious is proved by ISLAMIC DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT OF MALAYSIA (halal food )

* Wendy’s target aged are to everyone almost Children to old age people example : - For children’s Wendy’s having Kids meal, desserts, - For old age people or youngsters Wendy’s have Nutritious food etc

Wendy’s has developed food choices to target three main market segments: * Non-Restriction Diet: Customers who do not have any restriction in their diet * Special Dietary Needs: Customers who “want to look and feel fit” or who “have dietary restrictions for medical reasons” or who are controlling their weight * Kids choice: Customer group derived from Non-Restriction Diet customers and Special Dietary Needs customers

WENDY’S TARGET AUDIENCE

* Wendy’s targets are Middle Class people because their food are a bit pricey then other fast food restaurants. * Its often visited by kids , teenagers and Young adults. * Mostly between the ages of 10 and 24 * People in college and in their 20s are the most frequent consumers of fast food. * Wendy’s has developed food choices to target three main market segments:
Non-Restriction Diet: Customers who do not have any restriction in their diet
Special Dietary Needs: Customers who “want to look and feel fit” or who “have dietary restrictions for medical reasons” or who are controlling their weight
Kids choice: Customer group derived from Non-Restriction Diet customers and Special Dietary Needs
