What Are The Core Value Of M & M Ltd.
The core value of M&M Ltd. states that they follow professionalism where they seek the best people and give them freedom and opportunity to grow. They will continue to do so. They will support innovation and well-reasoned risk taking, but will demand performance. This value gives them competitive advantage. M&M Ltd. held Mahindra Group Senior Executive Conference at regular interval to be in Sync with the norms of the company and make amendments to suit the current scenario.

are evident from the stories, ceremonies and language found in M&M Ltd. The latest story published was “The Rain Catcher”. M&M Ltd also uses different types of ceremonies to communicate cultural norms and values to its employees. They conduct rite of passage through their dedicated training module to learn and internalise norms and values of the organization, organising office party on the last Friday of every month to celebrate employee birthdays of that particular month is one of the examples of rite of integration with the purpose to build common norms and values and presenting annual awards like “Mahindra Rise Awards : Discover the many faces of excellence at Mahindra” , “Excellerator Awards” and “Rise Certification : Go forth and rise”. They also exhibit awards won by M&M Ltd to appreciate and encourage its employees.     Observable artifacts, espoused values, and basic assumptions are vital components of an organization’s culture. The culture of an organization will guide the processes associated with an organization, from product innovation to employee perceptions of the workplace. According to Chen and Corritore (2008), many factors of organizational culture affect organizational performance. To be successful, an organization’s members should have a clear vision of these factors and the company’s overall culture. The most observable cultural factor is observable artifacts.
