What Are The Pros And Cons Of Medical Marijuana
Do you believe medical marijuana is bad and a gateway drug? As a matter of fact, it is not a gateway drug nor is it a bad drug. As we all know people are against a lot in this world due to religion, personal views, or influences especially towards Medical Marijuana. Some of the pros of medical marijuana are that this will help children and older people as well. I am pro medical marijuana because it will make a big difference throughout the country, it will revolutionise because you can tax it as well as helping people in a positive way. People have been debating between the use of medical marijuana if it should be legal in all 50 states or if it should stay illegal. The use of medical marijuana dates back to 2737 B.C they have used it for many different reasons, starting in china where they had marijuana tea that treated gout, rheumatism, malaria and, oddly enough, poor memory. Marijuana can help with many different issues such as back problems,insomnia, glaucoma, cancer,ADD, and many more. Many different people have different reactions to medical marijuana some have what is called a bad high which can sometimes happen. used part of the act to regulate opium and coca derived drugs, they had made these drugs illegal because they did not want people overdosing. Throughout the years from 1914 all the way up to 1995 they were completely against the use of marijuana medical or medicinal. In 1930 they stated that when colored men smoked marijuana they became violent and raped white women, yet there was not any proof of that source. Back in 1996 we ended marijuana’s 59 year reign by making marijuana legal only in California for medical purposes. 23 different states have voted for medical marijuana, including Washington D.C we should stop trying to make it illegal when it helps with many different problems. Yet so many people have been helped by the use of medical marijuana, especially children with seizures and people with cancer. There are two things that make up marijuana and that is CBD and THC. The THC is what causes the high and CBD helps with pains and such in your body. Some children are given medical marijuana extract to help with their seizures they have a higher percentage of CBD than they do THC. I believe if we started testing this on cancer patients it could be a medical breakthrough because marijuana will not damage your cells inside but help repair them. Chemotherapy kills the dying cells, but it also kills the healthy cells such as, the intestines, the cells in your mouth,and the cells that help your hair grow. Chemotherapy causes cancer patients to throw up,lose their hair, make them weak and some patients have chemotherapy once or twice every week. If we started testing the medical marijuana liquid I believe we could get rid of chemotherapy and make three times the profit if we started using the liquid marijuana. If they started using higher CBD liquid we can make a difference and we can make a definite profit because plenty of people will buy these CBD marijuana liquid because they want to help their children not have seizures or they want to help a family member with a certain disease. I do believe we will be able to help people using medical marijuana and to fund all the marijuana needed will be around $1350 for seeds,electricity, and a water system all other cost could not be found.
